Timing

Hi everybody! It's me, Ragnar. Mags and I took our mom and dad on a nice walk this morning. We got to go down Labby Road -- you know, where lots of our Labrador friends live - and Mom spotted some sunflowers at the end of the trail.  She wanted us to pose in front of them, of course.

 

"Mags?!?  Ragnar?!?"
"Are any of the Labs watching, Ragnar?"
"Goldie's out ... and that really tall puppy who lives with Blondie."

"Oh, c'mon, you two!  Please?!?  I have COOKIES!!!"
"I'll smile, but -- oh, hey, Goldie!  Hope you and your pack had a nice Labra Day weekend!"
"Did you say COOKIES?!??"

Mags faced Mom for a split second while I licked my lips in anticipation of a COOKIE, then ...

"That was -- no, wait!  Mags?!?  I missed it!"
"Sorry, Mom.  Bad timing."
"Hi, Mom."

At least we were both smiling -- right?!?  Mags says timing is everything.

Hi everybody! It's me, Ragnar. If our dad doesn't push his chair in after he's been at the table, Mags and I usually race to be the first one there before Dad sits down again.

"I'll get it next time."

She probably will; we're pretty evenly matched at this!

Photo Finish Friday

Greetings to all! It's me, Mags. We were going to share just one shot of us posing on our walk this morning, but Mom said we did SUCH a great job, and took so many, that I thought I'd share a bunch! Let's take a look!

These first two are up at the top of our first big hill, with a gorgeous sunrise in the background:

Once up top, we did a bunch more walking, then stopped for a water break on a limestone wall. We thought we'd strike a pose or two there, too!

Only A Matter Of Time

Greetings to all! It's me, Mags. I'm just having a little training session here in the living room with Ragnar. About what, you might wonder? Refrigerators! You see, we just had to replace ours. The one that just went kaput had the ice and water dispenser on the inside - basically because one of our great sisters (Ammy!) knew how to help herself. What a smart, smart girl!  So I was filling Ragnar in on what I learned through the Ao4 chronicles ...

 

"And that's how she did it, Raggi!"
"So wait ... all she had to do ..."

Due to supply chain issues, Mom and Dad chose the only fridge that would fit and that they wouldn't have to wait several months for.  Here she is:

 

"This is going to be so fun!"
"We'll have this figured out in no time!"

Yep.  It just HAPPENS to have a very accessible ice and water dispenser.  It's only a matter of time.
