Greetings to all, it's me, Maggie. In lieu of
Serene Scenery Sunday, I thought I'd show you all how I've been relaxing in the evenings lately. How does that sound?
After dinner, we all go on a nice little walk, I jump Cammie a few times, then it's time to settle in for a little bit of TV. By then, I usually look like this:
|
Me. And my pickle. |
I generally stay that way, or maybe chew on a toy, unless Dad puts on a show
I'm interested in.
|
"It's Wallander!" |
I love a good mystery - and
Wallander is one of my favorites!
|
"I love this show!!!" |
I like the British version best.
|
"Oooh, look! He adopted a Black Lab!" |
I like the Black Lab who stars in the show. I wonder if he knows my friend
Dexter?
Some evenings, if things go my way ...
|
"Can we watch another episode? Please?!?" |
|
"YES! 'Dogs of Riga'! This sounds like a good one, Dad!" |
If you pay close attention, you can put all the clues together and solve the mystery!
|
"Who is it, Kurt? What is it? Is it a clue?!!?" |
My only complaint (other than a couple episodes I didn't quite care for) is that Kurt really needs to change the ringtone on his cell phone. Really.
Anyway, it's a great way to relax in the evenings! Do you like TV, too? What are some of your favorite shows?
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
Hello your Highness, we love watching t.v. Too, but I've never heard of that show other than from you. I wonder what it is about? We love to watch House Hunters and Buying Wild Alaska-I bet you'd like that too, they always show sled dogs. I love watching Caesar Milan. I've tried to turn up the volume so Hunter could hear other dogs but he just snoozes thru the shows. Have a great evening!
ReplyDeleteI was watching the movie Thor last night. Usually I'm a fan of Breaking Bad though.
ReplyDeleteYOU watch TV TOO???? Ernie does it ALL the time... he NEVER misses a Commercial with a dog or Cat or Elephant or whatever in it... He BARKS/TALKS all through them...
ReplyDeleteBUTT he also talks through all the interesting News blurbs about Animals too. Mom says that Ernie THINKS that he is keeping them INSIDE the Black Box. BaaaWaaaah
Do YOU "Talk" to the TV?
What a great TV show Maggie...Dory REALLY loves to watch TV, especially those mystery shows! Us boys mostly just nap until the doggy commercials come on!!
ReplyDeleteSmileys!

We love hanging out in bed with Mom and dad and watching tv together. It doesn't matter what the show is we usually are sleeping and snuggling up to our pawrents.
ReplyDeleteI like snuggling with Momma when she watches TV, but I've never been very interested in the shows themselves.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe that Ms. Thatcher lies like in that 1st photo!!!! It's unbecoming of royalty!
ReplyDeleteThe pups in our house don't like tv very much. Maybe we watch the wrong shows...
I might have missed it, but it appears Maggie is shaved in the first photo. Is baby girl really grown up enough to be have been spayed? Time flies!!
ReplyDeleteWe are generally indifferent to TV, but Abby was really into figure skating and curling during the Winter Olympics. Even Mom and Dad were amazed that Abby was watching specific sports! Me? I don't care what's on, as long as I can snuggle with Mom!

Well Miss Maggie I have to say I could take TV or leave it. What I do like is the snuggle time that happens when the TV is on. Now that I love.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
The first picture of you and your pickle is priceless, Maggie! Every so often to peek at the TV but normally, we're just chillin' while mom and dad watch.
ReplyDeleteLove ya lots♥
Mitch and Molly
We don't do TV but we sometimes watch animal rescue programs. Hope you had a serene Sunday. Have a marvellous Monday and Happy St Patrick's Day.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
Sam highly recommends Fox News. I liked Oprah, but now she charges to watch her shows, and I'm not paying.
ReplyDelete- Meeshka
That sounds pretty good and you are obviously interested. Mom says she doesn't think I could listen that long.
ReplyDeleteLily (& Edward)
I don't watch TV as a rule, but I few weeks ago when the Westminster dog show was on, I was mesmerized!
ReplyDeleteYour friends, Kiki and Nala
Gosh, we watch Wallander too, but I don't remember seeing one of my kinfolk in it. Maybe I should watch it again.
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Dexter
