As many of our kit-cat pals will tell you, there's nothing quite as soothing as curling up in a nice, warm sunbeam!
Me, Zim. Honorary Kitty Cat! |
Or stretching out, to maximize sun-puddle coverage! Doesn't that just make you feel all warm and cozy?
How about a look at a couple sunsets? This one is from Tuesday:
Oh, sure, those clouds weren't exactly here to make friends with us, but the sky was sure cool looking!
Here's a look at last night's sunset:
Barely a wisp of a cloud out there. Even at sunset, the heat index was about 100℉ (37.78℃) - can you tell by the picture?
Oh... and just so you don't think I'm the only Siberian who will soak up a sun-puddle...
Dave. Catching some sun on his left front leg. |
Yeah, I know. It's only because the sunbeam was trying to get close to our mom ... but still, Dave's looking mighty content!
Keep it sunny and serene, friends!
Play bows,
Zim
Beautiful sunset! Also loving the watermelon bandana. VERY summer-chic. ;)

ReplyDeleteI love coming inside to the cool air and then baking just one part of me at once. Nice job locating the sun.

It's important to keep your feety-feets warm too. I often sleep with just my feets in the sun.

Zim, I must admit that I've been known to lay in a sunpuddle or two after watching my kitty sisfurs soak them up for so long. They do feel nice. It sure is hot there but the sunsets are pretty! We got to 76 degrees today and I thought that was toasty!
ReplyDeleteWoos,
Sadie
stay warm...and cool :)
