We all have one, and the more I do that "growing up" thing, the more I'm revealing mine. Lately, I like to show my schmoopiness on our walks. We'll just be going along like normal ...

... and then I pause. I walk over to Mom, gently put my paws on her chest ...

| "Hey, Mom?" |
... look her in the eyes ...

| "Lean in closer; I want to tell you something." |
... and then I give her a gentle kiss.

| "I love you, Mom!" |
Yeah. Just like that. It's important to let your bipeds know how you feel. Let them see your schmoopy side!
Of course, I often jump Cam after that, to try to get her to play with me ... but not always!

Maggie OMCs this is absolutely the sweetest post. I for sure understand how impawtant moms are and how we must (in spite of my diva cat-i-tude) let her know I love her. Felines do this by gazing into the peeps eyes and slowly blinking at them. Our peeps will respond with a slow blink back...it can go on furever. But usually my diva side wins and I quit! MOL

You are such a sweetie! Millie does a similar thing but mostly in the morning just after we get downstairs and are about to "go" outside. She likes to give mom and dad a hug and let them know she loves them.
