Working and Keeping Cool

Ha woo, everypup and everycat (except for one who's trying to horn in on MY mom!).  It's me, Dave!  As we've mentioned, with the temps as high as they've been lately, we do most of our exercising and outdoorsy stuff early in the day - then get to work in the afternoon!  For me, that means heading downstairs to the Studio.

Here I am, ready to get down to business!

You'll note my poufy bed is still there.  Ha woo.

The other day, I busied myself by checking through our supply of batiks while Mom worked on sewing the binding on her Gettysburg Battle Flag Quilt.  It was pretty exhausting work.  For me, I mean.

Zim was doing a great job guarding the stairs...

...so after I finished looking through the batiks, I felt confident that I could take a little break.

Seriously, I can only have a little get-away because Zim is so proficient at his job.

Luv,
Dave

  1. Is that your Man Cave, Dave? You deserve whatever breaks you can get.

Nice job too Zim, we know our Dad would not cross your post.

  3. Dave, we had to check that photo twice to make sure it was you! We're used to seeing you close to your mom so behind the curtain seems a little un-Dave like but it is a pretty cool cave!
