A Post About ... Posting

Woo, everypup and everycat.  It's me, Dave.  So ... there we were yesterday afternoon,  just snoozing in the  on Guard Duty in the living room ...

"More chest scratchies, Mom?"

... when Zim asked me what I was going to post about today.  Me?!?  I thought it was his turn!

IMG_9051 The boys
"Are you sure, Zim?"
"Yeah, Dave.  I've gone about a zillion times in a row.  I'm tapped out, bro!"

Oh.  He was right, of course.  But ... I wasn't feeling overly creative!

"Zim?  Hey, Zim?!?  Maybe we could do a post together!  Zim?"
"Zzzzzz..."

I think he was fresh out of ideas, too.  Do you guys ever have a hard time deciding what to post about?  I've got to go put my thinking cap on.  In the meantime, enjoy the special effects photos!

Luv,
Dave

  1. That's why it's good to be beautiful. Then, you just post some pics and no one really cares about the text. You know?

  3. Well Guys, when I got my puppy and there were TWO of us to post about.. thingys got a TON easier. BUTT, even with Both of us... some days... our life gets kinda BORING up here on this hill. We don't get away much fur exciting POSTING Material and stuffs. You bring up a GOOD point.
    It is DIFFICULT...
I have noticed that Some of our furends post about past Adventures that they ... DREAM about... Like back when you saw those HOOOOGE Black... SNAKE thingys on your walkie. I'm just sayin.

  6. Whenever I'm not sure what to post, I do one of two things. Furst, I'll look at the recent emails sent out by LBR volunteers to see if anyone's talking about the adorable things their foster dogs are doing, preferably with pictures. Then I steal them! If that doesn't work, I'll just go to the LBR website and find a dog that's been there WAY too long and post some pics of them to help them find a new home. I like helping!

But you don't need to go to all that trouble. You just need to post some pics of your handsome self, and you're good to go!

  7. We have enough problems just switching our antique computer on, let alone thinking about what to post!! Seriously, we love your blog, and sometimes it is very hard to think up new things to blog about.

After all you boys (and your Mama) have been dog blogging for a century or more, like we have. Except your team is more diligent than my poor example of an Editor In Chief.

Just post some glorious photos of the two of you, I will be happy! And so will my J xx

  11. Sometimes there just isn't much happening, but it is always nice to see pictures of my friends (even strange special effects ones).

  12. When it doesn't come it doesn't come. I call those days BORING. Luckily, I don't have many of those. I love yoru blog because you always have great ideas so it is ok if you take a blog day off now and again.

  13. Tell Zim that of course treats come in twos! That's why there's one for you and one for him. (Or one for me and one for Cinderella.) :D
