Oh, I know! Some of you really don't like the whole "bath and a blow dry" scene, but I find the process very relaxing. Especially the blow-dry part. Take a look:

I've never had allergy problems, but am having some difficulties this season -- it's REALLY bad here right now! My Oncology vet (one of them!) said a bath with a soothing shampoo might feel good, and oh, was she right! And look at how nice and fluffy I am now:

Maggie had one a week ago, so Mom only did me. For some odd reason, Maggie seemed happy about that.

Cammie, please ask your Mom to give mine a few lessons on the right way to bath a girl ! My last bath was under a fine cold spray from a hosepipe in the garden ! OK so it was very hot weather, but even so, a girl likes a bit of luxury. I did have a nice Aloe Vera shampoo, but then I was just rubbed down and left to dry !

Nothing is better than a relaxing bath. I do prefer a brisk towel drying then air drying instead of the blow dryer. But I'm glad you find the blow dryer relaxing. Every pup's spa treatment should be just what she wants it to be. ~ nose nudges Bonnie Pup
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that you like baths. I'm afraid that our Labs do not, and Shyla cannot even handle being in the same room with a blow dryer! Maybe you can teach her! You're amazing Cammie - I hope that your allergies get better after your bath!

You are SUCH a good girl with the baths! WE hope it helps! The allergies are really bad this year...we hope it means it's going to be a hard winter with LOTS of snow!
