Serene Scenery Sunday

Hello, everyone!  It's me, Cammie!  Maggie and I had another wonderful walk with our mom and dad this morning!  For some reason, even though I got up at the normal time and ate breakfast at the normal time, Mom and Dad said we should "wait" before going on our walk.  Something about "getting them used to the time change".  I have no idea what they were talking about.  Anyway, our walk was really exciting!  Check this out:

"First Siberians EVER on the new sidewalk!"
"We might be the first anyones on the new sidewalk!"

We showed you the sidewalk in one direction back in August, when they finished that one; this one goes the other way!  It was so exciting!

We looped around by the Kansas Ocean:

"This is a heapin' helpin' of serenity, huh, Cam?"
"So peaceful!  So beautiful!"
"So ... 🥶 ... cold."

It wasn't that bad!

There had been someone behind us for a while.  Maggie, being as security-conscious as she is, checked to see if he was still there:

"I don't see him any more."
"Safety first!  Be aware of your surroundings!"

You can't be too careful!

Rather than take a road, we headed up the Water Tower Trail to loop back around to Ao4 Headquarters:

"There could be coyotes down there, Cam!"
"Or deer!  Or turkeys!!!"

Often, when we hear the coyotes singing, their voices seem to be coming from up there.  We always keep an eye out for them!

Thanks for coming on our walk with us!  We hope you have a wonderfully serene Sunday!

Cammie!

  1. Oh, what a FABulous walkie gurls!!!! I do loves me a new sidewalk! So smooth on the feets!
We have LOTS of coyotes here! They kill a lot of the kittehs, which is very sad. Peeps have to keep their kittehs indoors mostly nows. They just wander the streets like it's nothin'! Anyhu, they would be super scared of you two gurls!
