Other Activities

Woo, everypup and everycat. It's me, Dave. Zim and my sisters have shown you some pretty cool pix of our blizzard. Have you been enjoying those? Need a few of me, the Deeve, out enjoying the snow? Here you go:

Here I am, looking thoughtfully at the snow.

I was trying to write a Haik-woo, but nothing came to me. Mom kept saying that old Jacques Brel line, "Il neige sur Liège" and it threw off my concentration.

Here's another shot - the wind blew the snow away from some spots -- you can see our grass here!

We had some incredible drifts. Check out one in our backyard here and one at our neighbors' front door here. Woo.

Back to our yard...

Cool pose, don't you think?

But anyway, it hasn't been all snow, snow, snow around here. I've been doing other stuff, too. Like what? Hmm... like spending quality time with my mom...

Oooh, yeah. Right there, Mom!

And with Storm...

Woo, Stormy. Would you teach me the Latin words to "Oh Come, All Ye Faithful"?
Sure, Dave. Repeat after me...

And so, in keeping with the season, I've been leading everyone around here in Christmas carols!

"...Adeste fideles, Laeti triumphantes. Venite, venite in Bethlehem!..."

Stormy taught me the Latin real good, didn't she? Woo. She's so smart.

I hope all of you are enjoying the Christmas season!

Luv,
Dave

  6. You certainly have a lot of snow! You looked very serious and reflective in your pics - could it be that the snow makes you think more deeply about the meaning of life?
Still once we are on to the 'quality time' we see you have just returned to life's simple pleasures.
    Enjoy

WOO Dave, there is still snow? Wow... woo must be in heaven.

We think woo need to find a quiet spot to meditate a little, maybe with some watermelon cookies, so that haik-woo comes to woo. We think it is begging to come out. That blizzard of yours must have inspired SOMETHING in woo! :)

    WOOOOO woo rar rar rar,

  22. Its a little late but we wanted to wish you all at AO4 and your mum and dad a happy festive season. Our mum was so slack this year she never got around to making cards out of the photos she made us pose for!! She is very preoccupied with other things at the moment. Your snow is amazing! The pictures of the snow drifts look like icecream! (yum!) You guys look like you are enjoying your snow very much. We on the other hand have been enjoying a very mild beginning to winter. There's lots of sun which we prefer to snow.
