Ha roo, pups and cool cats! It's me, Zim. Dave and I did an awful lot yesterday - took Mom and Dad on a bunch of walks, napped, stood guard duty, napped, supervised Mom doing a bunch of stuff around the house, napped, had some snacks, napped -- you know how it goes. We were pretty wiped out by Supper-Dupper Time, so we were both happy to hear Dad say we were all going to watch a movie together!
Dave got into his normal
Movie Night position...

"Mmm.... schmuzzle..." |
...and I was ready to look for a little entertainment of my own ... but then ...
|
"Oh, COOL! A western!" |
I love westerns! They had horses and cowboys (
I love cowboys!) and the cowboys whistled to the horses -- I love listening to that! I watched as long as I could, then all the activities of the day caught up with me.

Zzzzz... |
I couldn't help it! As much as I wanted to keep watching, I crashed. Mom said it looked like I was dreaming I was one of those calfs the cowboys were roping!
Do you like watching movies? What's your favorite genre?
Play bows,
Zim
Aw Zimmie... woo look so snuggablly cute zzz'in! I'm a Animal Adventures guy myself. Moo doesn't seem to pay much attention to TV, but I'm thinking she' a Wrestle-mania kinda girl.

Hey Dave! Thanks for your comment on my new (now old) blog! The mom changed again! I like Cowboys too!!!
ReplyDeleteBark at ya later!

Monty is awfully fond of sports, but Sam really prefers reading to television. Maybe we need to try a western?
ReplyDeleteSam
We love watching westerns because of the big-dogs that the cowboys ride. Mostly, though, we don't really care as long as the humans keep scratching us. If they forget, we wrestle loudly so they can't hear the movie.
ReplyDeleteYou boys had a big day yesterday! We hope you rested up enough to be able to stay up for the rest of the year! Ha roo!
ReplyDeleteI think it's pawesome your mom always has her shoes on ready to go for a walk with a second's notice. Our mommy hates to wear shoes so it takes her forever to get ready to go on a walk. *sigh*
Happy New Year's Eve!
Sadie
We like watching movies about dogs... like the Santa Buddies and Air Buddies and Space Buddies movies.
ReplyDeleteYou guys rest up. Tonight I hear we're suppose to stay up for an extra long time to ring in a whole new year! How exciting!!
AROOOOOF!
Boondocks & The Love Shack Pack

Maggie and Mitch
I LOVE movies! All kinds! And tonight I bet we get to watch one too! Have a fun and safe New Years Eve! See you next year!
ReplyDeleteAs long as I get to lay in MOM's lap I'll watch anything. I will say however, when she watches sports it can be a loud and bumpy ride in the lap. It's like I'm actually playing in the game.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
Happy New Year to woo boys and da family! We is having a zombie fest tonight, so we is too scared to sleep! I mean, we has to stand guard for the mommy!
ReplyDeleteMBB
hee hee! Our mom likes it when Wriggley sleeps the way you did, Zim - she says he reminds her of a deer :) We like all sorts of movies, except for noisy action ones, that is. Happy New Year! have a safe night. purrs,
ReplyDeletePip, Smidgen, Minnie, Hollie
One of my sleep positions is very similar to Zim's. But I guess, in his case, it's the "Full FEETal" position! Ha ha ha ha ha! Sometimes, I just crack myself up!
ReplyDeleteYou guys sure got a lot done in a day, then a movie, dreaming of roping calf, horses, cowboys.... we love cowboys
ReplyDeleteThe silvers and more
