I've been discovering my voice a bit more lately, even trying out some human words in English. So far, I can articulate two phrases fairly well, "I don't know" and "I love you". We don't have any video, but here's what I look like when I talk:
"I love you!" |
You'll have to use your imagination for now.
As I mentioned yesterday, I'm going on more walks now! Here's a shot from a special "girls only" walk:
You'll note I did not have a stick for the journey. That would explain this next shot:
"Hey, Aunt Cammie! BOOM!!!!" |
Oddly, Mom seems to like it when I pick up a stick to carry with us!
I also got a bath this week, since we had the last of our "in the 60s" weather for a while (I'm happy to report that today, at 1130, it is 16 degrees with light snow flurries!). Here I am, in the toweling off phase:
I look very pensive there, don't I?
Here I am, all fluffy and clean:
Mom was trying to take a picture of us together, but trust me, she was having a bad hair day, so she should thank me for shifting over at the last minute!
Speaking of shifting over ...
"Aunt Cammie? I thought you were on Guard Duty!" "Zzzz..." |
If she's not going to guard the northern front, she could have at least moved over so I could lay on the quilt, too!
We all pulled a lot of Guard Duty this week. I really enjoy it - especially if Zim and I work together like this:

"All clear to the west, Mags!" "Roger, Zimmie!" |
It never gets boring if Zimmie is there beside me!
Sometimes, we have to work multiple windows, though, so here I am, checking out the southern flank:
"All clear to the south!" |
In other news, here's a shot of me on the stair landing:
I hope all of you have a lovely weekend! If the meteorologists are right, we could be in for quite the snowstorm here! I can't wait to have Zim teach me how to build a really cool snow fort!
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
Yikes not the water boarding already MT? Mind you .... you look lovely and fluffy sweet one.
ReplyDeleteHave a fabulous Friday.
Best wishes Molly
I hope you get your snow fort. Me? I'm in for mud fest as we have about a foot of snow on the ground and temps in the 40's with rain coming.
ReplyDeleteI like that the three of you can split up guard duty. No sneak attacks at your estate.
Kisses,
Dexter
Don't be screaming to much around the house. A few times is cute, that's it. That is what mom says anyhow

Once you get your fill of snow, send it my way.
