Photo Finish Friday - On Being A Gentleman

Ha roo, pups and cool cats!  It's me, Zim, here with some quick pix for you for Photo Finish Friday.  I'm just back from a walk with my sister Cam and thought I'd use a few photos right out of the iPhone.  Ready to take a look?

Mom and Dad both love the fact that ever since I joined the family, I have been a gentleman - especially when my sisters are involved.  I just LOVE my sisters, past and present, and have always treated them with respect and love.  (Click here for a flashback to my early days at Ao4 HQs.)  Today has been tricky for walking; we started the day with ice all over everything and a good blanket of fog clouding everything, then finally around noon, Mom said it was safe enough for a walk!

Here is a shot of Cam and me, heading out:

"I'll get ahead a little bit, Cam, and make sure the M's driveway isn't icy!"
"Thanks, Zimmie.  Be careful!"

I'd hate for Cammie to slip.  Mom, too.

When our path narrowed a bit, due to ice and snow and slush, Cam and I went shoulder to shoulder:

"Huddle-up, Cam-a-roo!"

There was plenty of room for us both, still, without either one of us having to get in the messy, super-slippery stuff.  There was a tricky part coming up, though!  Once we crossed the E's driveway, there was a lot more ice and snow, with a very narrow, one-Sibe wide path through it.

"Take the path, Cam!  I've got this!"

Chivalry is alive and well at Ao4 Headquarters!  Besides ...

"Hey!  Do NOT bark that way in front of my sister!!!"
"Zimmie!  Did you hear what they just ...  I'm glad Maggie is home and didn't hear that!"

... I didn't want her near those potty-mouthed Cocker Spaniels!  

Anyway, Mom was proud of me for being a gentleman and letting Cam have the cleared path - and for trying to shield her from the Cocker Spaniels down in their fenced-in yards!
