The walk started much like any other, but then as we headed up Plymouth Road ... I spotted him!
"Ohh! Squirrel friend!" |
Can you see him just past the shadow in the grass? How exciting! Only rather than try to make friends, he yelled, "EEE ee eeeeee," at me!
"GASP! What?!?" "EEE ee eeeeee!!!" |
I couldn't believe it! This squirrel was not friendly! Not friendly at all - and dare I say, he tried to pick a fight with me!?! My instincts kicked in!
"I know you're up there! Now come down and fight like a |
But he wouldn't! He just stayed up there yelling his "EEE ee eeeeee" at me. If he was going to be that way, he could just stay there!
"That's right! I'm talking to YOU!" "EEE ee eeeeee!" |
Cammie tried to warn me that they aren't friendly, but prior to this, my encounters had gone fairly well! More or less. Anyway, I should have listened to her!
"And just STAY THERE, you ... you SQUIRREL, you!" |
I sure wish he was friendly and would have played with me, but alas, he was not a nice squirrel.
"My work here is done!" |
The world is a safer place now. Or at least Plymouth Road is. I'm on the job!
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher

That squirrel must have been having a bad day Maggie since he didn't want to be friends. We know he never would have said those things to Zimmie!
ReplyDeleteI'm so proud of you, Maggie!! You never know what those evil SQUIRRELS might be up to. Did you see the trouble they caused this weekend over on my blog?!
