6 September 2012 sunset |
I think God sure gave us a beautiful gift that night, didn't He? The brilliant pinks are echoed over here in our PowWow Wild Berry Echinacea:
As a Guide Dog for the Color Blind, it's important that I point out stuff like that.
Here is a Becky Daisy, always guaranteed to bring a smile:
Are you smiling? I thought so.
Here's a look at the plumes on the Pampas Grass at the very bottom of our yard:
That's the tallest of our ornamental grasses. Eventually, the Plume Grass will get that tall, but it's got a way to go!
How about we check in on our shortest ornamental grass - the Purple Love Grass?!? Remember last week I told you it was sending out its plumy things?!?! Look at how frothy it is!
Doesn't it look great? Here's another shot:
Mom and Dad are mighty happy with how these guys look. When the sun hits them, they look like sparklers all lit up!
I hope you've got some serenity brewing up now. Have a great Sunday - and remember to stop and enjoy the little things along the way!
Luv,
Dave
