Bad Photo #1
Up until the moment Mom snapped the picture, Zim and I were walking shoulder to shoulder. Zim pounced on a leaf that was blowing by, pulled Mom's camera arm, and ... well ... you can see what happened.
Bad Photo #2 is an action shot of me playing football the other day:
Mom's not quite as fast as I am. Let's not say anything more about that one!
Bad Photo #3 ...
If you look very, very closely, you can see part of Zim in the upper right-hand corner. I'm not sure I can explain beyond that.
And ... Bad Photo #4 ...
Umm ... let's call it "Still-Life: Leashes and a Freckled Arm". Not only do I not know what Mom was trying to do here, neither does she. Woo.
In other news, this week was Vet Tech Week! The Vet Tech we usually get to see when we go in for appointments, Beth, has two Border Collies, so we thought we'd share some of the treats our friend at Hill's sent us with her! Zim and Mom took them over on their way off to an adventure yesterday. (I stayed here to guard the house!) Here are Zim and Beth:
"Happy Vet Tech Week, Beth! We hope Moss and Seamus enjoy their ... oooh! Bulldogs! Ha roo?" |
I don't count that as a Bad Photo. Beth is smiling really nice. You're right, Zim isn't looking at the camera. Or at Beth, for that matter. But he couldn't help it - he wanted to go meet some Bulldogs that were waiting for an appointment! (They were off-camera.)
And just to finish on a positive note for the week ...
I tried the Hill's Ideal Balance Jerky Strips for the first time this week. (Mom just broke off small pieces for me.) They get a big paws up from me, too! Maybe it's 'cuz I'm from Texas. We Texans like our beef, you know! Woo!
What?!? I wasn't looking at the camera? Oh ... umm ... what can I say?!? Happy Bad Photos Finish Friday, everyone!
Luv,
Dave
It sure is nicer to have digital instead of film cameras. Now you don't have to curse over a bad print since you can just delete it. Dave you are so cute in that last picture.

Sometimes those bad photos turn into gems!

Even the bad shots are artsy! It was fun seeing your outtakes Davy! It was nice of Zim to take some treats to Beth's dogs too!
ReplyDeleteI don't think they are bad photos at all. They are just very creative and even artsy. I like the one with just a hint of Zim in it. Keeps you wanting to come back for more. Happy Friday to you both!!
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
Oh great the pix are like Zim & Dave's OUT-TAKE TV. Well good. As you all know my mantra now , no treat no pose. Have a FAB Friday guys.
ReplyDeletePS didn't know you were from Texas. Cool one.
Best wishes Molly
too funny.....mom was going to take this great shot of a foster kitten hanging off the curtains (not that we encourage this, but it can be funny)....as she hit the button - the kitten fell off - and mom got a great shot of the window. MOL
ReplyDeleteI have pretty much taken care of the use of the flashy beast here at our house. My Mom has a small digital that makes a click noise when she takes the pic. But as soon as I hear the noise, I move! She just never gets a decent picture anymore. I might have to let her have one or two so she doesn't stay mad at me about it.
ReplyDeleteStella, dodging the camera!
BaaaaWaaaah I love this... all the FUN pictures... THOSE are the kind that Ernie and I think are the bestest... beclaws you should SEE and HEAR... "HER" reaction. It is totally PRICEless. BaaaaaWaaaah
ReplyDeleteThere are no bad photos of Dave or Zim.

Love ya lots,
Mitch and Molly
I recognize tose photos! Mom takes stuff like that ALL the time! MOL
ReplyDeleteNice takes!!!
ReplyDeleteCheers

Dave! We have plenty of those photos. I don't know how humans managed before the advent of digital photography. Sometimes momma just points the camera at where she thinks I will be in about two seconds, hits the button, and hopes for the best.
ReplyDeleteKisses,
Dexter
Those first few photos really made me laugh :)
