Dad thought we could go to our park, which sounded like a fine idea to Zim and me. We were walking down one of the paths when ...
"DINNER! Umm... Zim?!!?" |
"DINNER! No, really. ZIM!!!" |
I mean, I know my brother stood in the "Play Drive" line instead of the "Prey Drive" line, but for the love of beef! There were cows all over the place!!! And what does Zim do?!?
"Oh, hey, Cam. Those are just moo cows!" |
"Just" moo cows?!? He said cows come to our park a few times a year for fairs and rodeos and stuff.
"Hey, you guys! I'm Zim, that's my kid sister Cameron. New in town?" |
How does he do it? He's all calm and lures them over and stuff! He was telling those guys about some bulls he met at the fair last year and asked if they know them.
"I don't think I do ... but hey! Hey, hey, Corey! Corey might know them..." |
I mean ... he was communing with ...
"DINNER!" |
It's the oddest thing. He's trying to help me learn how, but it just doesn't feel natural to me!
"Don't look straight at them at first, Cam, that's too dominant." "I'm trying, Zim. I'm trying!" |
Dad said I did really good, but he's also pretty good at reading our thought bubbles even without the blog, so he decided we should head home.
"DINNER!" "She just ... umm ... hasn't had breakfast yet, guys. See you moo cows later, 'K?" |
It's really a lot harder than you think, staying calm like that!
"Seriously, you guys. No offense. I'll talk to her when we get home." "No problem, Zim. We're used to it. It was great meeting you!" |
That was another exciting first road march of the day with our dad. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. Now ... I'm hungry for some reason and need to try to tool Mom out of some treats.
Camo!
PS: Many thanks to our dad for taking these pictures for us!!! I ❤ my daddy!!!

Wow Camo you gonna learn a lot from Zen Zim but we are kind of with you there. Dinner! I once broke into an agricultural fair on our park to see the cows and got chased by three security men who in the end tackled me down and handed me back to my peeps. I'd managed to crawl under tow sets of security fencing within 5 seconds. LOL. Have a marvellous Monday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
That looks like a ton of fun. I haven't met any cows yet...do they seem like dinner even though they're so so so so big?
ReplyDeleteNora
WE would have gone Cracker Dawg crazy to see those MOO COWS.
ReplyDeleteCheeseburger on the hoof!! I really don't GET Zim sometimes, ya know?
ReplyDeleteYou all amaze me with how calm and friendly you are!!! Glad you had such a fun morning adventure.
ReplyDeleteWags, Noreen & Hunter
Wow, what cool new friends you have. :)
ReplyDeleteHmmm... Maybe Zim needs to go back later and make sure there aren't any hurt feelings? To make sure they know Cam isn't really serious?
ReplyDeleteSam
Zim how do you do it?? It is some kind of crazy yoga. You really need to teach classes. Camo, I am right with you girl, its time for dinner. Bring on the burgers.
ReplyDeleteLoveys Sasha
Camo, we don't understand how Zim does that either. He even has zen with birdies and we think they should be dinner too!
ReplyDeleteI always thought they were really big dogs. Huh.
ReplyDeleteThose were some really big dogs! : )
ReplyDeleteZim is just amazing Cam-a-Roo. But you, you girl are a charmer and I am sure you won those moo cows over. You have me.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
Those are the weirdest looking doggies

You sure have a lot to learn from Zim, Cammie. Stay close to him and you will become very wise.
