Boxing News

Greetings to all, it's me, Mags.  Thank you so much to all of you for joining me in my moment of silence yesterday for the box Cam and I found on our walk.  Such a sad way for things to end for such a once-great box!  How did my mom and dad console me, you might wonder?

"No... thank YOU!  "

That's right - with a box!  And not just any box - a box from Chewy.com!  Mom had ordered our food and a few snacks for us and the timing was just perfect!  A new, beautiful box was just what I needed!

"I love this box, Mom!  And I love Chewy.com!  Oh.  And the stuff that came in the box, too!"

As if that wasn't great enough right there!  What could be better than finding a box on our doorstep?  YES!  Finding TWO boxes on our doorstep!  Dad brought the other one in and started unpacking it!

"Hurry up and unpack it so I can sit in it, Dad!!!"

"No need to remove all the paper!  I kind of like it like this!"

I have no idea what came in it; it was something for Mom and Dad.  It doesn't matter, I only want the box!

This was an interesting box - long and narrow.  It could easily seat two.

"Cammie?  It's big enough for both of us!  Cam?  ...Cam-a-roo???"

Cam was otherwise engaged.  Apparently.  Guard Duty.  Something important like that.  If any of you would like to come join me, come on over!

Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher

  1. that second box looks perfect for laying down and taking a nice snooze

  2. You should have visited the kids who built a fort out of boxes and then the city said to take it down. That was in the town next to us where Goose and Bert live.

    Your Pals,

  3. All you need is your pillow

  4. Murphy and Stanley.....that's so sad. Good, clean outdoor fun and some grouchy old grownups with lawsuit phobias make them take it down? Kids just can't be kids anymore. Mags would have put those grumps in their places and saved the box kids.

  5. We need to come over and sit in your boxes...I do not believe we have EVER had that pleasure! stella rose

  6. I'm glad you got two boxes instead of one, I'm also pretty certain that you don't chew up the cardboard like other pups I know. I have seen Hunter chew up a paper towel roll, but think a box would be too big for him.
    Have a snap happy weekend.
    Noreen & Hunter

  7. OMD we loved to try a bit of boxing. We too must come over and join you. Have a fabulous Friday.
    Best wishes Molly

  8. Oh Maggie, I'd come right away, but I'm resting up lots for the Mayorz Marathon tomorrow. Maybe I could come relax in your box after it's all over?

  10. We love it when our boxes arrive from Chewy too - but we still haven't tried sitting in them. That box for Mom and Dad looks like it might make a cool sleeping bed if you could get Mom to add a soft pillow:)

  11. Oh thank goodness that you got 2 wonderful boxes so you could forget the horror of the other day. And we are sure the padding in the second box made it extra comfortable!

  12. Oh yes, shuffle up, make room for a little one, I luffs sitting in boxes too!

  13. We are so happy that you got 2 more boxes to make you feel better, Maggie!

    Love ya lots♥

  14. hey, we got two boxes delivered today too! none of ours are a two seater like yours, though, Maggie. but then no matter how big or long the box it could never be a two seater here... Your two seater box would make a cool race car, like a vintage Maserati or Fiat :D
    Have a great weekend!

  15. That is fun!
