When we got to the really big rock, Maggie jumped right up. I did not; I don't like doing that usually, so I don't. It's in my contract that I don't have to. Anyway ... with us being Siberians and Mom not having any treats in her pockets, this is how it went:
"Wait, Dad! My leash is in my face!" Dad: "OK, Mags. I've got it. Now sit, please." "Hmm. Wonder what's over there?" |
"Thanks, Dad! How 'bout a kiss?" Dad: "Good girl, Mags!" "Oh... there's a nice cool breeze kicking up!" |
Mom: "Girls?!? Look this way! Mags! At me, not at your daddy! Cam?!? Anyone? He-loooooo?" "Hi, Dad! Whatcha doing?" "This is so relaxing!" |
Mom: "Girls! Hey, girls!" "Oh, yeah, Cam! That breeze feels nice!" "Doesn't it, Maggie?!?" |
So, yeah. It's not easy for Mom to get "the money shot" sometimes. One more try?
"HEY! What's that?!?!" "Sorry, Mom. All part of being the best Siberians we can be!!!" Mom: "Sigh." |
Mom decided it was a wrap right after that one. Isn't it all about the thrill of the hunt? Or enjoying the journey? Or something like that? Hey, it was a nice rest during our hike, anyway!
Cammie!
Girlz you sure rock. Never make it easy for them otherwise that flashy beast will be in your face all the time. Have a super Saturday.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
getting two faces looking at you at the same time is never easy :)
ReplyDeleteSometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't!
