Hi everybody! It's me, Ragnar. Today, we got to play Bridge! You might think that involves cards, but no! Not the way we play! On our walk, we crossed as many bridges as we could! It was GREAT!
The first one we came to was just inside this patch of woods:
"The woods, Raggi!!!" "I love the woods!" |
Unfortunately, Mom didn't get a photo of us actually crossing the bridge, so you'll just have to take my word for it. Instead, I have a really cool shot of Mags and me:
"Are you getting this, Mom? What do you think, Mags?" "This should make up for the lack of bridge, Raggi. Besides -- honor system. We know we crossed it!" |
Mom loves the way the sun beams are filtering in through the trees!
Next up, the bridge on the far side of the woods:
"I love how this one starts swaying when we get to the middle!" "Me, too! So fun!" |
Mom likes to go fast on that bridge!
Lastly, we took the farthest east leg of the trails and got to cross the slippery log bridge! Mom REALLY loves that bridge!
"YAY! The log bridge! We hardly EVER get to cross this one!" "I love this one! It's so slippy!" "Son of a ... bridge." |
By my count, that's 4 bridges, which is a "trick". Or Bridge BINGO! Or a full house. Or Gin. Something. I'm not sure -- but it was SO FUN!!!!! I love playing Bridge!
Sköl!
Ragnar
Those are a lot of bridges and that last one is very rustic looking. Our mom says she understands why your mom doesn't like it very much.
ReplyDeleteWe haven't been to our trails in a long time. But there are lots of those trippy trappy bridges there too. We like to peer down and see all the fishies swimming around.

You are brave to go over a rickety structure
ReplyDeleteYou always take the most fun walks around. Four bridges is sure a lot for one day. We hope you had a such a fun time and we can't wait to go on another adventure with you. Thanks for sharing. Have a pawsome rest of your week.
