I walked down this road for a good while ...
...and smelled all kinds of great stuff. It was windy and cold and just a glorious day! I thought to myself, "How could this day get any better?" AND THEN....
A little sassy Dachsie came running over to me, saying hi and that I should come over and meet her friends. WOW! Look at everypuppy!
Isn't the Dachsie cute? I like "sassy" in a girl! Her name was Mimi. She was with a black and white pup and a brown mostly French Bulldog guy and ... AND ... AND ...
A SIBERIAN!!! Oh, she was so sweet and fun! Her name was Meela and we liked each other a ton.
Isn't she dreamy?!? What a blast it was to meet everyone! I was on top of the world! AT the Top of the World. Ha roo roo roo! I hope your day was as good as mine!

PS: Mom wanted me to note here that she did talk to Meela's owners in a friendly, gentle way about the dangers of Sibes off-leash.

ReplyDelete1. We LOVE manhattan. My husband and I both went to college there (me mcc, him ksu).
2. While at shawnee mission dog park last week, I explained to another husky owner that they are known for running away after she asked why my dog was on a leash (the park is VERY open and huge and even though it's for dogs, it isn't safe to have my sweet Nora off her leash).
