Anyway ... we were helping unpack everything and Mom wanted a shot of us by a beautiful 3-paneled embroidery piece our Aunt Donna sent a couple years ago:
"Oh, come on, Mom. Not the hat ..." "Do it for Auntie Donna, Mags!" |
Mags just ... umm ... wasn't quite ready.
During our Saint Nicolas Day shoot ...
"How come Cam doesn't have to wear the hat?" "Don't listen to her, Mom." |
I mean, the look on Maggie's face on that one just cracked Mom up - but it wasn't quite what she was going for.
We've done some outside shoots, too. You know - where the neighbors can all see us.
"Smile, girls! Mags? Cam?" "Who is this 'Mags'? No one here by that name. Really." "Do you see what I have to put up with?!?" |
Moving right along ...
"Fine. Since Maggie is apparently nowhere to be found ... how about it, Cam?" "OK. But I'm not smiling." |
How are your Christmas shoots going?
Cammie!
Wow, you grrls are patient! I might've been considering biting Momma at that point. Momma and I have reached an agreement -- I'll do whatever weird pose and wear whatever she wants me to, BUT I don't have to wear anything on my head!! We had a beeYOUtiful Christmas card shoot that took about 90 seconds because I posed so pawfectly.
ReplyDeleteLuckily our pawrents don't try to do much of that kind of stuff with us. We do have crocheted holiday scarves we put on for pictures sometimes but they are kind of like wearing a bandana or when you wear those hats around your necks.
ReplyDelete#3 is hilarious...
