First up - a sea of purple!
A sea of purple
We know many of our friends are purple fans - like Kat and Khyra and Huffle, to name a few - and Zim said he thought of all of you and wished you had been there!
Wowzers! I wish my purple-loving friends could see this!
Many of you have asked if the rest of us feel left out when one or two of us get to go on a special adventure. Yes and no. We all love special adventures and one-on-one time with Mom (and/or Dad), but Mom works really hard at making sure we all get to do something fun! Take yesterday, for example!
After Zim had his special adventure, Dave really wanted to go do something. Mom let him do one of his most favorite things - play with his Kong-on-a-Rope.
The LabraDave
He actually doesn't have the Kong with him there, but he was running to Mom as she called him. No... I don't get it, either. He'll post more Lab-in-a-Sibe-suit pix in a few days. He thought Golden Samantha and Maddie would like to see his moves with the Kong-on-a-Rope.
Late in the afternoon, Ammy got to try out the squeaky football! She had never tried it before but told me it was incredibly fun! She could squeeze it and make it squeak, but didn't puncture it or anything!
Steve and Kat! I just love this toy that you sent Davy! :)
Four paws up from the Jaws of Steel on the football!
I got to take a special extra walk with Mom and Zimmie, then spent some alone time out front with Mom. I had fun, despite the fact that she kept following me around with the camera.
Are you still pointing that thing at me?
Can't make things too easy for her; you all understand.
This last photo was actually from a few days ago, but we thought it should be on Photo Finish Friday. Dad took it out on the golf course. One of the guys he was playing with shot a hole in one. ...So to speak.
A hole in one?
Ha roo roo roo!
Tail wags,
Stormy
Purple flowers are always welcome around here. You might be interested to know those plants are called Henbit. Actually, they aren't native and are considered invasive, but hey, aren't we all. They are an annual plant and grow best in disturbed areas like plowed fields and along high-use areas.

PeeEssWoo: Did that hole in one wake up one of the evil skhwirrels?
Maybe it is the pickle nose. Rusty comes when called too. Why?
ReplyDeleteWoooz and Woowwwz! It looks like everyone is having a great time over there. I am also retrieve things. .sometimes. . .if I feel like it. . .

I wonder if any prizes go with that hole-in-one? Lots of them get big prizes my brother says.
ReplyDeleteYou guys can't get over Dave coming when he is called but if only good things happen when he goes, how dumb would it be NOT to go. Just from a Labrabordercollie point of view here.
Kisses,
Stella

pretty flowers! I like to make toys go squeak too, but fetch? What is he a border collie/husky? ( I don't know what a lab is, I have never met one) That is one strange dude you have there.
