Our temps have still been nice and cold and there's snow and ice all over everything - it's been great! Unfortunately, that means adventures in the car have been somewhat limited ... and so Mom and I just go on foot where there's nothing really too exciting going on. It might be affecting my mom's mind. That, sadly, results in photos like this:
"Isn't this fun, Zim?!?! Smile, buddy!" Sigh. Mom and me. -eye roll- |
Yeah. ...
So ... the other day, I sent Mom a message that maybe we should engage one of my favorite indoor activities:
"Look into my eyes ... deeper ... deeper .... " |
It didn't take long for her to get the message, and before I knew it, she was asking for my expertise.
Sniff ... sniff ... "Oh... yes. Yes, this one is prime! ..." |
That's right - time to do some post-Christmas baking - in the guise of Stinky Goodness Treats!
She did all the cutting and slicing, then loaded up the Stinky Goodness Machine. Before putting the lid on and firing that baby up (out on the deck...), she asked me once again for my seal of approval:
"Great job, Mom. Oooh. Wait. Maybe I should try those little schnitzers up there at 2 o'clock your time! You know ... just for quality control!" |
Working together, we got an excellent batch cranked out in no time at all.
I hope all of you are finding lots of fun things to do with your bipeds!
Play bows,
Zim

My MOM has not made a batch of those in a while. She has made other stuff. But for some reason I have a craving for stinky goodness. I wonder if the "look deep in my eyes" will work on my MOM. I am going to give it a go. If it does not work would you lend me your eyes. I know that would work.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
