A Tale of Two Siberians

Woo, everypup and everycat.  It's me, Dave.  As you all know, it's now Springtime in Kansas.  Here is a picture of me and Zim out enjoying an afternoon walk a few days ago:

"Beautiful day, isn't it, Zim?"
"Oh, yeah, Dave.  Hey... I think I see a kit-cat friend!"

This being Kansas, we had a snowstorm over the weekend, temps dropped into the 20s, and there is tons of wind.  Overnight last night, we got another "dusting".  That being said, one of us would now prefer to do this:

"Mmm... fluffy, warm, flannel quilt... zzzz..."

"Who's with me on this?"

I'm not the only one!

"Mmmmm ... Mom!  Hi, Mom!"

I might, however, be the only one on four legs around here who feels this way!

"Hey, Mom.  Whatcha doing?  Ready to go on an adventure!??!"

I can't help it.  I'm from Texas.  The warm part of Texas.  Woo.

Luv,
Dave

  1. Come on over Zim...I'll play with you.

Can you believe I RECEIVED NO BACON!?! Not even a little bite. I did get to lick the plates though.

    Ugh. The injustice.

  2. You boys live the best of both worlds. Snuggle time with mom and adventures with mom. She has the total package with the two of you. Makes the work load for you two a lot easier.

  3. I am TOTALLY with you, Dave my man. Texans unite! I'm ready for some spring weather. Even Cinderella doesn't like basking outside right now, and she ALWAYS loves to lie in the sun!

  4. Hey Dave you stay warm and carry on Chillaxing. A Texas dude like you needs to keep those paws warm. Roll on Spring. Mind you Zim would probably miss the snow. Have a marvelous Monday.
    Best wishes Molly

  8. Hi Dave, We got the snow first-in fact we got about 8" and Hunter thought he'd get buried in it. Today is sunny but cold! The snow is melting and I hope this is the last of it. I think naps on a snowy day are perfect!

  16. Hey there Davey!

Snuggles feels really great and we got to say that we love the print of your quilt. You sure are lucky that your Mom give you lots of snuggles and fun adventures, too.

  17. We're with Zim! We'd always choose to go out and play. Summertime is a perfect time to just lay around though, when it's too hot to stay outside.
