Photo Finish Friday

Hello, everyone!  It's me, Cammie.  My brothers said that on Fridays, we try to do some of the bestest photos from the week, then said I should go for it.  Oh, my. What a huge responsibility!  My mom took probably eight hundred thousand photos just since I got here!  I asked Zimmie for some advice and he said not to over-think it and just to keep it simple.  That sounded good, so for Photo Finish Friday, I'm going to share some pix from our walk last night - OK?

Our dear friend Noreen and her very handsome puppy Hunter commented on yesterday's post, saying that basically, under that tough Drill Sergeant exterior, they know Zim is a big softy and that he's showing me the ropes gently.  Well ... he IS my Drill Sergeant but ...

"Kiss-kiss, Zimmie!"
"Aw, shucks, Cammie. Knock it off.
Now, c'mon, get in formation!"

... you're right.  He's VERY sweet, and I may well have him wrapped around my dainty little paw already!

Here's a shot of us in formation:

"Hup hoop heep hua..."

He taught me how to do an Eyes Left maneuver and we tried it out:

"Eyes ... LEFT!"

He said I did fine, but I can see now that I was out of step.  I need to work on that!  

After I'd drilled with Zim a bit, I went up to walk with Davy.  I had just caught up to him when Zim yelled out, "Hey, Camo! I think Dave lost his head! Ha roo roo roo!"  He what?!?

"Davy!  Where did your head go?!?!"

"There it is!"

"Ha roowooroo!  I thought you lost your head!  Oh, let's play, Davy!"

"I think Zim was pulling your leg, little sis!  Let's walk now, play later, OK?"
"Oh.  OK.  Well ... how about if I give you a little kiss?"

I wonder what my David meant when he asked Mom if all redheads are this silly.  Hmm.  I'll have to ask Zimmie about that one.
