Even with adding a new member to the family, Mom does something special with each one of us still - and you all know what I like to do, right?
"Let's go, Mom!" |
Why did the turkey cross the road? |
So he could eat someone's garden flowers! |
Yeah, OK. Maybe not so serene for the people who tend the garden at that place, but look at him! Isn't he beautiful?!?
Oh. Yeah, OK. I guess technically it's "why did the chicken cross the road" ... but until such time as I see a chicken trying to cross the road around here, I'll stick with my friend Tom Turkey.
Don't you think Mom should have let me drive home? Look at how cool I look!
That's OK. I rode shotgun and we had the sunroof open; it was great!
Our mom's mums are in full swing at Ao4 Headquarters! We've got gold ones:
And pink ones:
And white ones all growing together:
How about one of my gorgeous sisters posing in front of those?
"Can we hurry this up, please? I need to get back to my puppy." |
Cam helped Mom get one more shot of some burgundy-colored Mums ...
... then they hustled back in to check on the little one. Cammie is truly in her calm quarter when she is with sweet Maggie!
Speaking of whom... it wouldn't really be serene without a couple puppy pix thrown in here, would it? Here is the little Prime Minister at her most serene:
I thought it would be fun to toss in a video of 3-way Crazed River Otter play, but Mom assured me these are more serene. To each his own, I guess. Here's another sleepy pose:
I have to admit - it doesn't get much more serene than a sleepy redheaded puppy!
Have a great Sunday, everyone. And try to slip off into your own Zen Zone - look for the beauty that's all around you!
Play bows,
Zim
That turkey would look more delicious with some stuffing, and perhaps a little gravy between two slices of bread... just sayin

Happy Sunday to you! Love seeing all the pictures, especially of your baby sister. Hope you are enjoying the cool weather and snuggling with your mom to keep her warm.

mmmmmmmmmmmm - turkey.
ReplyDeletewait - what?? oh and the puppy is adorable!! looks like a fun adventure Zim - not sure why your mom didn't let you drive :)
That is a whole lot of serene going on there. Nothing like a sleeping beauty to make you just Zim zin out. I always wondered why the turkey crossed the road. Across my road are chickens and they NEVER cross the road, I mean never. I watch them butt they don't come over. Have a beautiful day brother Zim.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Goose
Have a serene Sunday. We can see you are all in the Zen Zone. Zim you enjoy your adventure but all we can think of is turkey dinner.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes Molly
That last sleepy pose is hilarious :)
ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely family of redheads! And the Prime Minister looks so...comfy.
ReplyDeletePainter Pack,

Did it do the TURKEY TROT.. across the street?
ReplyDeleteWOW your mom's Flowers are ALMOST as pretty as your two sisters.
The way Maggie sleeps in her crate cracks me up. Love the last photo best. Your mom's mums are absolutely beautiful. This week was beautiful and perfect for an adventure. Yes, that turkey is beautiful. We can't believe he just walks around in town like that!
ReplyDeleteMmmmm! Dinner on the hoof! Send some of that turkey our direction! And yes, we have to agree, there's nothing more serene than a sleeping puppy who has gone totally boneless in the way only puppies can!

We like your mom's window sticker on her car. That is too funny! Your little sister sure sleeps funny, but our mom says she is awfully cute.

Zim, you look like you would be SUCH a good driver! I can't believe your momma wouldn't let you take the wheel. Maybe she was afraid you'd go on a BIG adventure and start driving to Texas to see me. Oh, wouldn't that be fun!
