Here is a shot of me and Cam helping Mom tend to the herb garden:
"Let's get these babies watered, Mom!" "Don't you think I should taste the basil?" |
We help out pretty much every day - unless it's raining. Here I am, explaining things to Mom:
"See, the water goes in here ..." "What about the mint?" |
"... then it comes out here." "No? How about a sage leaf or two?" |
My job being done, I thought Cam and I deserved a bit of down-time.
"Let's PLAY!" "Stay away from the cilantro!" |
This gardening stuff is mighty hard work! Taking breaks is a necessity!
How about all of you? Do you help out with the gardens?
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
I luffs eating the herbs as well! We ARE twins!

In past years, our hard work has not been very much appreciated by the Momster. But this year we have decided to go on strike and leave all the gardening to her - for some silly reason, she seems quite elated with this.
ReplyDeleteWe bet there will be some tasty meals coming along with all those tasty herbss:)

I help in the garden by bringing trees inside (mostly using the carrier system known as pantaloons). Mum and dad always get excited so I must be doing it right.
ReplyDeleteWe can see that you are very helpful!

You are so helpful. I am so glad that your Mom has your advice or she would not know what to do with that watering thingy. I can't wait to see it all growing.

What wonderful beautiful helpers!
ReplyDeleteGoosie always helped with the garden. He was great. His favorite time was harvest time. Always picked his own veggies and strawberries.
