Easter Photo Shoot

Hello, everyone.  It's me, Cammie.  Yesterday, Mom asked Maggie and me to come into the Living Room for the annual Easter photo shoot.  Here's a glimpse into how it went!

"OK, Mom!  We're here!  BOOM!"
"Yeah, Mom!  Present and accounted for!  BOOM!"
Crazed River Otter Games

Apparently, what she had in mind was more us sitting in front of the Easter basket and mini quilts, and less of the Crazed River Otter Games.  Who knew?  Given that she had treats ...

"Yeah, whatevs.  This is a piece of cake.  No hats or anything..."
"Mags, you probably shouldn't have said that!"

Since Maggie is young, she doesn't always remember Mom's "traditions" .... like snooter hanging!  So when Mom asked who wanted to earn another treat, Maggie stepped forward!

"How's this, Mom?!?"
"Perfect, my little Peep!!!"
"O.  M.  G..."

I knew it was coming.  One of us snooter hanging the little bunny quilt is never enough for her.

"This does mean more treats, right?"

I did get another treat - thankfully!  I took it and booked into the kitchen, before Mom got any more crazy ideas.  Maggie hung out with her and checked out one of the tiny bunnies Mom made.

"Is it chocolate or anything?  Can I eat it?"
"It's fabric, Mags ... and no.  We could try something else with it ..."

You may be wondering why I took off.  I've heard tales about those bunnies.  Click here to see what our great-brothers went through one year!  Much safer in the kitchen.

We'll be back tomorrow with our Easter message!

  1. We just loved reading about Angel Dave and Angel Zim's Easter adventures....and totally understand why you might shy away from those mischievious bunnies!
    Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo

  2. Looks like the snooter hanging isn't as bad as ears. Sometimes those mom get creative ideas and we suffer for it! Happy Easter!

  5. Happy Happy Easter to you all too.
Darling photo shoot. Oh girls your mom would have loved the baby shower....there were two gorgeous handmade quilts... 2 crocheted and one knitted baby afghans. Mom was pleased that the BuildaBear was a hit too
    Hugs madi your bfff

  6. Snooter hanging ! That's a new one. Will the indignities ever end??

  7. You girls look so cute with the little bunny quilt hanging off of your noses!

  8. LOL! How do you get them to pose so easily with each other? Adorable.

  9. Seems like we have avoided the bunny ears and any snooter hanging here, unless it is YET to come. You two definitely earned your treats. And it was very nice to click back in time and see your great-brothers. We miss them and your great-sisters too.

Happy Easter to you and your family.
