Dickensian

Greetings to all!  It's me, Maggie.  Did any of you watch that British TV show "Dickensian"?  We know Princess Leah did, as her mom worked on the show. Anyone else?  It was mighty awesome -- sort of a compilation of different Charles Dickens stories all tied together.  Very creative.  Lots of horses clip-clopping on cobblestone streets.  I especially liked that!  Do you know what else -- or who else -- caught my attention?  This guy:

"Humbug!"
"Oooh!  It's that Scrooge dude!"

That actor was just great.  Everyone did a great job.  What a creative, enjoyable, should-have-had-a-second-season show!!!

Unfortunately, his "humbug" line reminded Mom we hadn't yet done one of our Christmas traditions here at Ao4 Headquarters.  Sigh.  And so, I give you the Christmas Snooter Hanging escapades:

"Seriously, Mom?"
"This is fun!  You have cookies, right?"

"Fun."  Right.  I didn't see her with the pillow hanging from her snooter!  At least I only had to wear the hat as a bandana, though, right?

Yeah.  Shouldn't have brought it up.

The "fun" continues:

"Happy now, Mom?"

I even stuck my lower lip out a bit and pouted in that one -- you know, to go with the whole "humbug" thing.  Pretty good, huh?

Anyway, Cam did get in on the "fun" - but she flipped the pillow around the other way:

"Ho Ho Ho, everyone!"

... you know.  In case Santa is reading this or anything.  Because we are merry and bright and really good puppies and all!!!
