Life is Good!

Tail wags, dear readers! It's me - Stormy! We got a lovely award from our dear friend Holly the other day. It's the Life is Good Award!

Isn't it beautiful? Thank you, Holly! Life indeed is good and we should cherish each and every moment of it!

Whoever is tagged is supposed to answer the following questions then pass the award along to other bloggers. Now, Holly's mom answered the questions herself, but Holly tagged us - the Ao4! We figured we'd all take turns answering - how does that sound? Let's get started!

1. What would your perfect day consist of?

~Our mom: The whole family together and feeling healthy!

2. How would you describe yourself if you were an item of clothing?

~Stormy: Something rugged. And it would NOT have pansies on it. (I ate two collars when I was first adopted that had pansies on them. It took Mom way too long to figure out I didn't want to wear flowers!)

3. What hobbies are you currently working on?

Dave

~Dave: Mom and I are finally getting some Studio time in again! She got some new fabrics in the other day that I can't wait to show you! As her Guide Dog for the Color Blind, this sort of thing truly excites me!

~Our mom: Me, too!

4. Walking in the woods in wellies or bare foot on the beach?

~Zim: Well, I always go barefooted and I do love going to the Kansas Ocean... so I'll go with barefoot on the beach!

~Ammy: What's a bear doing on the beach? Hee hee hee!

5. Have you ever hugged or sang to a tree?

~Dave: No. I do like to taste trees and leave my mark on them, though!

6. Growing your own veggies or nipping to the supermarket? (We are assuming "nipping" doesn't involve snapping at anyone...)

Zim

~Zim: Sort of a mix, I think. Mom has grown herbs and tomatoes, but our extreme temps and high wind make that sort of thing quite challenging. Fortunately, not only do our grocery stores carry nice produce, but we have a weekly Farmer's Market where you can buy really tasty local stuff! I just love going there!

~Ammy: Hey, Zimmie! Do they sell farmers at the Farmer's Market? Hee hee hee!

7. Have you found anyone exciting in your family tree?

Stormy

~Stormy: Ammy is the only one of us who is sure of her family tree, and she comes from quite humble stock. The boys and I are from the local shelter.

8. Slap up meal in a posh restaurant or fish ‘n’ chips from the wrapper?

~All of us: Fish 'n' chips!!!

9. Which element do you most resonate with, Earth, Air, Fire or Water?

~Ammy: Actually, I like Earth, Wind and Fire. Hee hee hee!!!
