Ha roo, pups and cool-cats! It's me - Drill SGT Zim. About yesterday's post ... I was ... err ... making sure the bed sheets were square-cornered properly! I should be able to bounce a quarter off of that!
I had some down time after that, so I scoped out Ao4 HQs to see what everyone else was up to. The girls were on sentry duty on the main level, and Dave was helping Mom in the Studio. Here's a shot of him, hard at work:
Dad was in the workout room, so I thought I'd go help motivate him. I'm named after a Drill Sergeant; it's part of who I am.
I have no idea what he'd do without me.
I watched him for a good long while, encouraging him, motivating him, basically... staring at him ... then he thought I should go see if Mom needed my help.
It's like he was trying to get rid of me or something. Huh! Go figure! Maybe I was pushing him too hard. Anyway, Dave had things under control with Mom, so I just hit the outer part of the Studio and got comfy.
I mean "went on guard duty" out there. Hey...
Play bows,
Zim
Dave looks pretty cute! I like to sleep like that too.
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work Zim!
Kisses

Woo are one hard-working working dog, Zim!!!
ReplyDeleteWoos,
Star & Jack a-roo
Seems like your Dad didn't much appreciate your help. Clearly he is not up to your standards and was just embarrassed!
ReplyDeleteDave needs to watch out so he doesn't over-do! I can't believe your dad didn't appreciate your efforts to motivate him. That's just unacceptable! I hope you make him work extra hard next time!
ReplyDeleteHey Zim it looks like you're winking at someone in that last photo. I hope you've had a good long nap after all your hard work.
ReplyDeleteHuffle Mawson, Honorary Husky and Explorer Cat

Woo there Storm, Dave, Ammy and Zim~
ReplyDeleteIt's a good thing there are four of you because there is an amazing amount of work in Kansas. Stormy with her classes and training the bipeds, Dave and all his studio work, Ammy with her weather forecasting and you will all the guard duty....now I'm tired just thinking about it.
Keep up the good work and I've got Mom on track here to get some pics sent to your Mom of the great bags she sent...hopefully, before she gets em too dirty. She takes one of them to work everiday. I figure it's a natural...they did come from a working dog household!!
Your pal,
Summi
well, Zim, I think both you and Dave are working just too darn hard to be honest.
ReplyDeleteYou both need to take a break.
You will both wear yourselves out at this rate.
