Serene Scenery Sunday

Woo, everypuppy and everycat. It's me, Dave. Storm said I should do Serene Scenery Sunday this week. Hmm... what do I remember seeing that was serene?

Me. Dave. Thinking.

Oh. We had some really cool sunsets on Thursday. Here's a shot Mom took with her iPhone:

Aren't the colors incredible? Here's another shot, taken with the Nikon:

I think Mom and I need some fabric in those rich golds and yellows and oranges and stuff, don't you? Here's a panoramic shot of that same sunset:

It would be better if the next door neighbors moved their house, but Mom says that's not too likely.

What else was there?

Oh, yeah. All of our Rose of Sharon bushes are in full bloom. Here's a special effects picture our mom did of a bloom:

To see it without the effects, either

Here's one of the most serene things I remember from the week:

Mmm... cantaloupe...

But Storm said that wasn't exactly what she was thinking for
Serene Scenery Sunday.

Sigh.

Hey, we all get serenity from different sources! I hope you find something that gives you that inner "ahhhh".

Luv,
Dave

My J has not been feeling very serene this weekend so you have really helped her focus.

  13. Those are some nice memories, Dave!

And your mom must have a better iPhone than my Humans. Their iPhone photos always look so blurry... like when my fur grows really long and everything I look at seems blurry.

  15. My Charm, the Golden Retriever adores her dog treats and whenever she was given a serving, she would find ways on how to relax and be comfortable.

Dave, looking at your pictures, it seems like you're in a high level of serenity, too! Charm would usually be found hanging out at her favorite spot in the corner side of the living room, or be seen jumping at me. That dog, treating me like her soul sister. Definitely is soothing for the two of us!
