Serene Scenery Sunday

Ha roo, pups and cool cats!  It's me, Zim, here with Serene Scenery Sunday.  I have lots of pix for you today to help you feel that inner calm.  Are you ready to enter the Zen of Zim Zone?  Let's have a look around ...

Yesterday, I promised to show you more photos of my goose friends -

Remember them?  They were all the way across the Anneberg Ocean when we got to the park, but I was able to lure them over much closer so Mom could take some pix.  (For another post on how I do this, please click here.)

Some of them were more interested in communing with me than others.

This one might be my favorite.

Some people came over and were kind of loud and moving around; my goose friends swam off.  They needed to be a bit more zenful if they wanted to get close to the gooses!  They are wild animals, not tame, domesticated ones like me.  Well, actually, I like people who are calm, too ... hmm ...

On another adventure, Mom and I saw this guy!

Isn't he beautiful?!?  Mom zoomed in and got this shot:

And right in our own garden, Mom and I both saw some things that made us feel very serene!  Mom liked this a lot:

Snow and ice, giving way to the Dragon's Blood Sedum

And me?  What did I see in our garden that made me feel all warm and extra-fuzzy inside?  A new friend!

I think she's Fluffy Black Cat's sister, but I'm not sure.  She's a talker, and Mom loves that!  I hope she continues to make herself at home in our garden - and that I get to know her!

I hope everyone's feeling nice and serene now!  As for me, yesterday was in the 60s and now our temps have plummeted and we have a Winter storm rolling in -- that's sure sending me into my Zen of Zim Zone!  (Mom ... not so much!  Ha roo roo roo!)

Have a great Sunday!

Play bows,
Zim
