Another Ottoman

Greetings to all!  It's me, Maggie.  Many of you may know that I'm not allowed on the ottoman.  You know, the one by my dad's chair.  Yep.  Not.  Allowed.  You probably know that.  Whatever.  What you might not know is that across the room, we have another ottoman.

This one is bigger and looks oh, so comfy.  I'm not allowed on it, either.

We'll have to see about that.  I've heard stories about this ottoman from Zimmie.  You can read about it at this link in the Ao4 Digest archives.  Yep.  Need to find the right time to bend the rules about this ottoman.  It's looking mighty inviting.

    you know Maggie, we have heard that folks use ottomans to put there feet on, so why not put YOUR pawsies up there? just climb on up and get comfy we say...rules shmules...

    Miss Thatcher, I know that they both look so inviting, but for the sake of peace(at least in your home) you best stay off them. Either that or give your pawrents that puppy dog face and they'll say o.k. just this once. Once leads to many more times, at least in Hunter's home.

    Mags you just study how effective Zim was and you will be ready to claim the Ottoman. He was so good at it he got a great round of zoomies with the dad out of it.

    It's all about the timing Maggie...oh and the cuteness factor. Definitely focus on the cuteness factor. If your Mama is anything like ours, if you look cute enough....she's want a picture and tell you to stay on the ottoman!

    but aren't ottomens meant for putting your feet up on - and don't YOU have four feet.....seems only logical therefore you should be allowed on it.

    I love that flashback with Zimmie on the ottoman - that is such good siberian husky logic with the clapping = cheering. Um, I don't know if Maggie really should try it though...?
