  4. I think in the name of science your Mom should let you get a little closer to tag this alleged Oswald critter. How else will we know just how many Oswalds (and how busy the fella's been!) there reallllly are! This could be catastrophic to Mom's gardens - yeah - that's it. Tell her that!
