Froggie Doggie

Ha roo, pups and kit-cats! It's me - Zim. My buddy Steve left a comment on Storm's post from a few days ago. He saw the pix of us laying on the deck - you know, on guard duty! - and asked if I was laying froggie doggie style. He said it's his fav. Mine, too!

I love to lay like this in the southwest corner of the deck especially and to combine the Froggie Doggie with the Snooter Rest on the Railing manuever. Check this out:

I can see all kinds of cool stuff from here, to include our neighbor's veggie garden. He's got a fence around it, but Oswald gets in anyway. He steals tomatoes then comes over to our yard to eat them. Ha roo roo roo! I can look over there for Ossie...

Hey, Oswald! Are you out there?!

OR I can turn my head 90-degrees and rest my snooter on the other railing. All without having to move anything other than my neck.

It's very tricky, and I don't recommend this move to beginners. I've practiced it for years and have it down to a science.

Play bows!
Zim

  2. Zimmi, you definitely have the best seat in the house.er deck! Very handy how you can look ahead or to the side by simply using neck muscles. Froggie doggie is comfy-you have taken it to an art.

  3. I'm pretty sure the Froggie Doggie is also good for your health. I hear humans talk about stretching and stuff, and what could be better for flexibility than the Froggie Doggie? Nothing, I say!

  4. Zim - that's one excellent lookout point. I can't imagine that anycritter could execute a sneak attack on the AO4 with you on the job up there.

  6. Great position for protecting the rest of the pack. I need to rethink how I use our deck. So far it's just a launching pad for the back yard.

P.S. Please give Ammy a snooter smooch for me.

  8. Hi Zim,

I don't think I can do the froggi doggi! I will have to try it and see, it looks so cool.. and the whole not having to move anything but your neck thing definatley appeals to me, me being such a lazy pup!
Tell Dave that Mum says he can come here and lounge on the couch anytime.. so long as he is snuggling her BOL!
Ammy.. here is a letter for the 4 of you.. N

  11. You are so talented! I bet that Oswald stays fat and happy from your neighbors garden, he is a smart dude!

  12. No froggy doggies here, some are too fat and the other is too skinny, or so that's what Mom thinks.

Does Oswald ever share the tomatoes?

  15. Zimmy! Froggie Doggie! My favourite pose.

I think we should start a Doga School, the Froggie Doggie being the very first and most comfy Doga pose to learn.
