"Ha roo roo roo!" |
Let's get started!
Oh... wait a minute!
"Ha-looooo???" |
OK, never mind. I thought I saw someone.
I like walking along the edges of the retaining walls better than on the brick path. Sometimes there's cool stuff there, like lizards.
Me. On the prowl. |
Mom thinks I'm walking like a cat there. Well, I am an honorary kit-cat!
Some of the Blue Dune Grasses Mom planted this year are down at the other end of this tier. Let's go find them!
Ha roo roo roo! I'm totally Zim-o-flaged, aren't I?
OK, let's move down a tier.
"Ha-looo in there?!?" |
There's a lizard or salamander or something that lives in there. Mom's seen him a couple times but hasn't been quick enough with the camera/iPhone to get a shot of him. I thought I'd see if he was home; maybe we could avoid posing together.
The new lavender plants are down on this level - right here:
Oh, sorry. Did I step right in front of it? My apologies. Let me step aside, so Mom can get a nice shot of one of the Lavender plants:
Well, that pretty much wraps things up for this week's installment of Serene Scenery Sunday! I hope you enjoyed walking through our backyard gardens as much as I did!
"That's a wrap, Mom!" |
I hope you found a little peace of serenity!
Play bows,
Zim

Looks like you got a lot of good sniffs in Zim. And I love the Zim-O-Flage. As always love the garden walk.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,

Thanks for the tour around your garden Zim. I thought you were going to disappear completely into that first shrub. BTW that last shot is certainly not an outtake. You look marvelous.

Hiya Savannah here. I luv your blog, your garden walk was pawsome ! Is possible to add a button to "follow by email" ? My staff does not use the reader and that is all we get when we click "join the site", which means I haven't a miss your posts. Just thought I would ask. Thanks lots, Savannah
ReplyDeleteWow, you have such a beautiful garden. You really do walk like a kitty cat on that wall too. Hmmm, perhaps I can do a doggy impression. Mummy thinks that lavender must smell just gorgous in the heat of the sunshine :)xx
ReplyDeleteZim, you do SUCH a good job at being an honorary kitty cat!

Zim, we enjoyed your stroll through the garden! We started giggling from the time you put your head in the bushes clear through the end. We can always use giggles around here so we appreciate it!
ReplyDeleteHi Zim,
ReplyDeleteI had a miserable day today until I saw your post. Your big smile is infectious and yes, your little tour did put some serenity into mine.
Always love reading your blog.
I'll be back,

I loved it!
Happy Sunday!
Kisses and hugs

Well Zim we are, as always, completely impressed with both your garden and your tour guiding skills.
ReplyDeleteWe couldn't see a thing when you were beside that tree and wondered if you could grow a basset shaped zimoflage tree. It would have to be lower to the ground but what a great idea.
Well we are now completely relaxed and serene, thanks xx
I've got to admit, the outtakes are the most interesting pictures!!
