Before I sign off for the day, a big thank roo to our good buddy Echo for posting about yesterday being National Pancake Day! I sent Mom a mind-meld message and guess what she made for dinner? Banana pancakes! And I helped!

pee ess how funny Scottish Pancakes are thick like your US of A ones but English pancakes are thin and more French crepe like ones.
