It's Veteran's Day, everypuppy. Originally called "Armistice Day", we now have Veteran's Day here in the US to honor those who have served and are serving our country in uniform. Today we especially honor our combat veterans. Please take time to remember these brave men and women today. On behalf of the Army of Four, to our Veterans (especially our favorite - our dad!): THANK YOU! We treasure and honor you and your service, and will never forget what you've done for our nation.
Thank your dad for his service for us!ReplyDelete
Thank you! May we never forget!ReplyDelete
Thank your Dad for his service please from us too in the UK. There was a 2 minute silence today throughout the whole country here in the UK.ReplyDelete
It is so strange when everything falls quiet even in the busy shops and supermarkets, and shopping malls. Very moving. I noticed so many young people nowadays taking part.
"For Our Tomorrow, They Gave Their Today"
My Daddy went away to Viet Nam. He says he got there the day after the Thet Offensive and the streets were lined with stacks of body bags.ReplyDelete
We salute our fallen heroes.
Tubey: Will DO!ReplyDelete
Ender: We love the video you posted. We've watched it a couple times now.
Marvin: We sure will. The poem you posted on your blog is beautiful!
Buster: Please thank your dad for us - and give him a big lick on the nose!
My Mom and Dad are BOTH veterans! Me and Chani agreed not to give them any grief today as our way of thanking them.ReplyDelete
We salute all who served and send our thanks, and a special thanks to your Dad. Amber that picture of you is adorable.........ReplyDelete
This Veterans Day we honor you,
Our mom's step dad is a Viet Nam veteran, and my step-sister Abby's original dad is still in the military and is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm when our mom and him were married and stationed in Japan (that's where our cat Kirby is from, he's 17 now), so salutes and special thoughts from the Furry Five in Omaha.ReplyDelete
Thanks to your dad! My grandpa is a veteran too. He was in World War II and served in England & France.ReplyDelete
Zach: That's so COOL! Please thank them for us!ReplyDelete
Maddie: You are ONE sweet little chocolate bunny-pup! I licked my dad on the nose for you!
Holly: That's so cool! Our dad is a Desert Storm vet, too. If you look real close at the pic of Am... that's dad's pic on the pillow!
T-man: How wonderful!
Our thanks to all who serve!!!!!

Thanks, Ranger! And thanks for the link=up!ReplyDelete
Mom was married to a marine before she got us. He was in Desert Storm. That was one of the last things he did while they were still married. Mom says she may not be with him anymore but her heart will always be with those in uniform. Tell your dad we all thank him for his service (and your mom for her sacrifices).ReplyDelete
Thanks, Andy, Sammy and Roxie! Mom taught me how to say "Hoo-ah" like a soldier ... but Dave says "ooh-rah" like a Marine. Strange, huh?ReplyDelete
Will do on mom and dad!
