DWB Awards

Ha roo, pups! It's me - Zim! I've got a bunch of administrative stuff to put out today, so bear with me!

The next round of the Dogs With Blogs Awesome Blog Awards is on now! You can vote by clicking here. We encourage you to check all the following blogs and vote for your favorite! Good luck to everypup - the nominees are:

The Army of Four
Bruce
Boo
Pappy
Fu-Fu

We are honored to be among the nominees and wish to thank our friend Marvin for the nomination. We know that all of our fellow dog bloggers put a lot of hard work into their weblogs, so please check them out, drop them a comment or two, and go vote for your blog of choice!

The other big "goings on" going on at DWB is the FIDO Awards (Films of Independent Dog Owners). We're all really proud that our video of "Stormy Talks" is up in a couple categories - Best Performance by a Dog and Video of the Year! (Thank roo to Charlie and Opy's bipeds for the nominations!) AND the video Pappy put together "Do They Know It's Christmas?" (Dave and I are in it!) has also been nominated! All the vids can be viewed on DWB-TV. Please stop by the Bone Zone at DWB and cast your votes for your favorite videos! Here's a cool picture link to get to the voting:

Good luck, everypuppy!

I'll leave you with this:

It's my "my legs are too long" pose. Honestly, where am I supposed to put these things? Ha roo roo roo. When Amber does this pose, she looks even more like Bambi than I do. Yes... I know what you were thinking. :)

Play bows,
Zim

  1. Zimmy!

How did you grow such long legs!
I never saw those on you before?!
You could have been a big help for me this morning with those long legs of yours. Hop on over to our blog and see. Congrats to all on the nominations and awards!!!!!

  2. Wow, that was a funny video. We watched all of your videos and all Mom could say was, "Wow, how do they keep such nice landscaping with four huskies?" I can't believe she was looking at rocks and plants instead of you! Silly. I have dug lots of holes and eaten all of the bushes in the backyard so that she won't be distracted by plants at home and can focus on me!

  9. Franks and Maddie: I don't know where they came from! I think somoepuppy swapped them out with my normal ones while I was napping. Ha roo roo roo!

Kat: Stormy is so talented to speak human, isn't she? I do my best to eat the plants when I'm in the back yard, but mom seems not to appreciate my pruning efforts. Go figure!

Marvin: Thank roo! and they're really LONG there, aren't they!?!?

Joe: I always see cappuccino on the table. Mmm... cappuccino....

Sooky: Amber hit a period where her ears and legs just kept growing and growing! That's how she got her nickname "Zichick" - Ukranian for "rabbit". :)

Holly: Thank roo for the votes! And yeah - "stick legs"! I can see that!

    Dachsies: Ha roo roo roo!

Bogart: Good luck to you, too! See you at the ceremony!!!

    Play bows,
    Zim

  10. hey Zim! Perhaps my eyes are playing up again, but in your DWB Awards post you say you have a Bear with you!

Hope he is not a fierce Bear, is he a new member of the Army?
