New Pose by the Z-Man

Ha roo, pups! It's me - Zim. In accordance with the new orders Storm put out for us Troopers in the Ao4, we've all been working on some new cute poses. You know - as a defense mechanism, should something go awry. Here's the best one I've come up with:

It doesn't look that remarkable from that angle, though it is rather "Zen of Zim"-like. Check it out in this other shot. Please pay special attention to my back right leg:

Yep. It's the bottom leg, but it's suspended in air. It was hard to hold this one until it could be fully admired by Mom and Dad, but once they realized what I was doing, they were duly impressed!

A Working Breed dog's work is never done!

Play bows,
Zim

  4. Cool, mom can help us with the mission, as she is a yogini. She says that I do the best doward dog of anyone she knows. She also calls me Bendy Straw, cuz I can lay all twisty.

  5. wow, you are pretty talented, we need to work on something like this too. Tanner was just working on his neck stretch trying to get to the grease trap on the outdoor BBQ, Mom said NO, she obviously doesn't consider that part of training :(

  7. That's downright darling, Zim. That pose would definitly distract humans. The leg in the air is a nice touch and show your great athleticism. We give it 4 paws up!

  8. We've heard our orders and we went on our mission. We'll blog about it tomorrow! We think your defense pose is perfect. Pups can never be too careful. You appear to be in the perfect total awareness position! Belly rubs, Tasha & Eva.

  12. Hi Zim,
We missed our orders yesterday but have just listened with great interest to what Dave had to say. Can you let him know we will get on with it. By the way that pose looks very much like the one mum caught me in the other day but didn't have the camera.

  13. oh Zim, perhaps you are training to do the famous "Hokey Cokey Dance"?

Do you know of that dance? perhaps not.....although it was just may be a crazy UK thing.

The Hokey Cokey Song goes a bit like this "You Put your left leg in, your left leg out, in, out, shake it all about, you do the Hokey Cokey and you turn around, thats what its all about"......

Well from your picture there, I think that is what you are practising for!

  14. That is a great pose. You could probably be an acrobat since you can hold your body parts suspended in mid air for long periods of time.

  15. Sitka: It takes practice, hard work and dedication. Ha roo roo roo!
Storm said to tell Tia she is REALLY proud of her! Way to go, Tia-cat!

China & Madie: Thank roo! I've got Mom and Dad just talking about how cute my pose is. They aren't paying ANY attention to our mission!

    Pippa: It's a great diversion!

Shiloh and Guinness: "Bendy Straw"!??! I like that one! It's a great talent to have in the arsenal!

Joe Stains: I can't believe your mom is getting in the way of the Tan-man's training! Can you distract her while Tanner stretches toward the grease trap?

Tucker: "Pretzel pup"! Ha roo roo roo! I like that!

Star and Jack-a-RooRooRoo: Thank roo! It's so nice to be appreciated!

Tasha and Eva: Cool! I'll be right over to your blog! And thank roo!

Chelsea: Coming from a Supermodel who knows what posing is all about, that's QUITE the compliment! My sincere thanks!

Kelsey Ann: I work hard at my craft!

Pacco: Thank roo! "Sexy", huh? Ha roo roo roo!

Jazz: I'll let Dave know! We knew we could count on you two!
I can just picture you in this pose! It's a good one, isn't it? I'll bet you looked totally adorable!

Marvin: Oh, yeah! I know that song! We call it the "Hokey Pokey" here! Ha roo roo roo - I'd like to do the Hokey Pokey with my SNOOTER! I love poking Mom in the back of the legs with it - especially if she has shorts on!

Kat: Oh, cool! An acrobat! The Flying Zimbini! HA roo roo roo!

    Play bows,
    Zim

  19. Zim - I give that one a TEN! Very impressive. Such advanced technique. You should put a disclaimer under it that says not just any dog should try this.

  20. That's a very impressive pose, Zim. I don't think that I could do that. It takes a very special ability to get into that position. Excellent job, Zim!

  21. Holly: Thank roo! It's a fun pose!

GG: Go about it slowly! This isn't a pose you can just "do"!

Louka: Make sure you don't pull a muscle, like Girl Girl said!

Echo: Thank roo! Oh, and GREAT idea about that disclaimer! I should have thought of that!

Koobie: Thank roo! I had to work up to this one!

    Play bows,
