Dueling Doughnuts

Ha roo, pups. Not much to say today. Just hanging out, keeping the bed warm for the bipeds. You know... for tonight. I'm sure the bed will retain our heat until then.

  1. Hey I love to do that too, in fact, Mom really liked it last night when she came to bed and I had a nice warm spot waiting for her. I didn't like it that she moved me, BUT she did say thank you for the warm spot.

  3. Now that is so darned thoughtful of both of you! I do hope your humans appreciate the gesture. Their bedspread is also very handy for drying off wet husky feet in case you just came in from a walk.

  5. Mistress wants me to bark that she thinks your bed, your cover and overall bedroom design look very nice. What sort of comment is that?

Myself I want to say, how on earth do you get up there and is it more comfy than my sofa?

  7. Excellent work, Storm! Young Kyzer has Bed Duty most days here. Like the armchair myself, if no one's home.

  8. I do that, too! Mom tells me all the time that she really appreciates me warming up the bed for her. What would they do without us?

  11. Very cute! What is it about huskies that make them love our pillows so much? Ari often unmakes part of the bed so she can curl up there, too. I'd like to think it's because that part of the bed smells like me, but she's too much of a pragmatist for that kind of sentimentality!

  17. lous, we have a warm kennel, with four feet of snow on it, we feel more like penquins than dogs, but we don't get to be on beds, so we are jealous, speedy and sandy queen of the window get 1/2 the plotoons indoorness, we are happy

  19. What good doggies! Do you think you could come out to Washington and help us? We try to keep Mom warm, but she has too many sides, so we need you two to help. Two pups on each side, one at legs, one at arms. I think that might work!

  21. Hey, that looks comfortable. Could you move over and make a little room for us? Jan's been blocking us out of her bedroom until it's time to go to bed.

Okay, so Buddy dug holes in a brand new blanket. What's the big deal?
