Happy Australia Day!

Ha rooo! Right now it's the 25th of January here in the USA, but it's already the 26th in Australia! I don't want to try to explain how that works to readers like Bowie who may not understand the whole time/earth rotation thing, so just click here for a world clock. Anyroo.... to our Australian readers - Happy Australia Day!!!

So ... to our cool pals Charlie and Opy, Floss, and Tin Tin - and all the other Australian DWB members -happy celebrating, stay safe, and thanks for being such great friends!

Tail wags,
Stormy

  10. Hershey: Thanks for the paws up on that one. We sent strong mind-meld messages that any attempts at a silly outfit would be met with resistance AND shredding. :)

Holly: Celebrations are GREAT! There's usually food involved!

    Chelsea: Ha roo! Good one!

Aramis: Great to meet you! Stay cool! Amber recommends having some ice cubes!

Joe: You mean the world clock thing? It made Dave's head spin!

Bruce: We had a brother who was half Australian Shepherd and he didn't celebrate Australia Day ... so maybe not.

Charlie: Mmm, bones! Yeah! Hope you got some!

Opy: BBQ and beer is the perfect combo!

Fu Fu: Sounds like everypuppy had a great celebration!

    Tail wags, all!

  12. Hi Guys,
Our mummy is Australian and even though we all live in Japan we celebrated with a few glasses of Aussie wine and Lamingtons. Well we just had a taste of the lamingtons and not the wine!!
Thanks for the Australia Day wishes!

  14. Hi Guys,
Lamingtons are an Aussie cake made of pieces of sponge cake dipped in a chocolate sauce, rolled in coconut and chilled in the fridge. Mummy made them at school with the kids in her class for Australia Day and she brought some more home with her. Simple but yummy! We can't have much though as its not good for us. Another one of those things like coffee we are told.
